Montanna Bianca Fraga Das Neves – Director / Partner
Montanna is one of the Founding Partners and Directors of Das Neves Lund Inc. Montanna pursued her studies at the University of South Africa where she obtained her LLB. Montanna went on to complete her articles of clerkship, after which she was admitted firstly as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, secondly as a Notary Public and thirdly has also acquired her right of appearance in the High Court. Montanna is described as having impeccable integrity, superior intelligence, is compassionate with a can do and no bull dust attitude, with interpersonal skills that are on another level. Montanna is passionate about Family Law, Surrogacy and Litigation.
Robin Simon Lund – Director / Partner
Robin is one of the Founding Partners and Directors of Das Neves Lund Inc. Robin pursued his studies at the University of Johannesburg where he obtained his LLB and LLM in Commercial Law. Robin went on to complete his articles of clerkship and was later admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Robin is described as being tenacious and diligent with an eye for the finer details. A niche of knowing and understanding exactly what his clients want and need. If there is something that Robin doesn’t know, he will make it his obsession to learn and eventually master that subject. Robin is a voracious litigator (both inside and outside the courtroom). Robin is passionate about Litigation, Commercial Law and Criminal Law.
